Michael and Nadia Yampolsky are hosting our Wednesday dinner August 9th. They will be making the Central Asian dumplings, or Manti, from scratch. These are lamb meat dumplings, with yoghurt and dill sauce served with a side of cucumber and radish salad. There is a vegetarian option, pumpkin filling, but you need to let Michael know ahead of time! There will also be a delicious dessert.
