For the most part Paul McHugh will discuss how to approach a capsized boat.
- How to hold -head to wind.
- How to anchor and drift.
- How to recover a person from the water.
- How to right a cat that has tortled.
- How to toe.
- And so on.
We will have a short brief on land and some exercises on the water.
