This dinner will be hosted by Alex Russell and the Auckland Cohort!! They will prepare their annual Taco Feast, consisting on an assortment of chicken, veggie and beef tacos / side salads and guac and chips.
Wednesday Night Dinner – What’s New?
We’ve made a few updates to make WND smoother for everyone:
Social Sailing: No need to register. It’s casual—not a class. Just show up, introduce yourself, and pair up with someone. Pairings happen informally on the dock.
Dinner Registration: The dinner calendar event will only open once a head chef has signed up. If no chef volunteers by Monday at 6 PM, dinner will be cancelled for that week.
Signing Up for Dinner: If the event is open for registration, sign up before Tuesday at 6 PM to guarantee a plate, and let the chef know about any dietary restrictions. The chef’s contact info and a proposed menu will be in the calendar listing.
As always, remember to check the wind forecast—and come ready for a chill evening on and/or off the water.
$20 CAD fee contribution to be paid directly to the Head Chef in cash the day of the dinner.
